Setting direction for technical products, defining what “better” means with metrics, and keeping engineering, data, and business teams pointed at the same problem.
Data & analytics
Turning messy data into decisions: measurement design, trustworthy metrics, self-serve tooling, and the unglamorous work that makes numbers believable.
Optimization & experimentation
Running trustworthy experiments: proper power analysis, honest guardrails, and building the cadence that turns A/B tests into a real learning system.
